Abstract: An experiment was carried out to study the effects of nitrogen management on rice quality with hybrid rice Chuanxiangyou 9838 in winter paddy field. The results showed that the nitrogen application amount and nitrogen distribution had no significant effects on brown rice rate, head rice rate, chalky rice rate, gel consistency and amylose content; the nitrogen application amount had highly significant negative correlation with chalkiness degree and highly significant positive correlation with protein content, but had no significant correlation with length-width ratio. The nitrogen distribution has different effects on chalkiness degree in 2011 and 2012, and had no significant correlation with protein content.

摘要： 2011年和2012年，以杂交中稻川香优9838为材料，在冬水田条件下研究了氮肥运筹对稻米品质的影响。结果表明，氮肥施用量和后移比例对糙米率、整精米率、垩白粒率、胶稠度、直链淀粉含量均没有显著影响；施氮量与垩白度呈极显著负相关，与蛋白质含量呈极显著呈正相关，对米粒长宽比的作用不显著；氮肥后移比例对垩白度的作用年度间表现不一致，对蛋白质的影响处理间差异不显著。
